Chris Castro’s journey into plumbing began in 2009 when he joined Abacus Plumbing, eager to learn the trade. His dedication was so evident that he quickly earned the nickname “Backpack Kid”—he carried his backpack everywhere, always ready to soak in new knowledge. That same drive led him to become a Licensed and Insured Responsible Master Plumber, known for his precision, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to his clients.

Chris doesn’t just fix pipes—he takes pride in educating homeowners, ensuring they understand the work being done so they can make informed decisions for their families.
